Required Qualifications… 
  • Must be Experience minimum 2 Years. 
  • Minimum HSC.
  • Good in English + Bangla 
  • Can Generating Ideas. 
  • Can Draw Carton Or emoji 
  • Passionate About Business + Marketing + Digital
  • Good Communication skill
 
Other Details …. 
  • This is a Full-Time job 8 Hours Per Day
  • Depends On Work – 6 Days a week 
  • Salary – 20K – 30k TK

Job Context
Ensure the Customer support area is properly maintained with a view of the image of the company
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage smart amounts of incoming calls
  • Giving proper service to customers as their requirements.
  • Keep the call log in system for every call.
  • Making outbound calls
  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a required time frame.
  • Generate end of day reports and be accountable for deliverable of assigned tasks/Projects
  • Manage Facebook page.
  • Collecting lead for outbound calls from relevant sources.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to the highest level.
  • Maintain records and other documentation.
  • Daily and monthly report of customer care.
  • Cooperate with colleagues and ensure fast support to customers.
  • Maintain good relationships with valuable customers.
 
Employment Status: Full-time
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed University
  • Education can be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
  • At least 1 year(s)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Job Location: Dhaka
Salary: 15k – 25k TK
